WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Jojo , 15

I joined  floga about a  year ago. It really helps me to relax especially during exam season. Flo is so great and her voice is so calming. I continued yoga after school

Grace, 12

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your yoga lessons at school and how much I was missing them. They are so relaxing and after them I feel calm and free of my worries. This yoga session today has brightened up my week!

Jamie, 53

Flo really is a fantastic yoga teacher, her classes flow so smoothly, and her instructions are so calm and clear. I always feel calm and rejuvenated afterwards and it has definitely  improved my physical and mental well-being

A Preview of Flo's Teaching...

"My classes will leave you feeling relaxed and positive, ready to take on anything. I create a chilled friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone, no matter how you identify there is a spot in my class for you. Each lesson is a little different (we very much go with the flo(w)!), but you'll always come away having learnt about yourself and your yoga practice and released some endorphins and some worries."

I look forward to teaching you soon!
