The UK's Youngest Yoga Teacher
Welcome to my Website!
My name's Florence Cross, I'm currently the UK's youngest yoga teacher, and this is my website! Please have a nice exploration of my site to learn more about me, the projects I'm part of and running, the courses I've created and teach, read my blog and maybe find some classes you can join. I'm based in the Stroud Valleys but also teach online classes so I'll be able to teach you wherever you are! If you have any enquiries, questions, feedback or just want to say hey, my email is and my instagram is @floga_yoga (make sure you give me a follow to keep up to date on opportunities that might just be perfect for you!)
Also, apologies for any spelling mistakes I haven't spotted - I've made this website all myself (no IT team here!) and I'm dyslexic so I've possibly missed a few things!
Have a great day and Happy scrolling!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I joined floga about a year ago. It really helps me to relax especially during exam season. Flo is so great and her voice is so calming. I continued yoga after school
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your yoga lessons at school and how much I was missing them. They are so relaxing and after them I feel calm and free of my worries. This yoga session today has brightened up my week!
Flo really is a fantastic yoga teacher, her classes flow so smoothly, and her instructions are so calm and clear. I always feel calm and rejuvenated afterwards and it has definitely improved my physical and mental well-being
A Preview of My Teaching...
My classes will leave you feeling relaxed and positive, ready to take on anything. I create a chilled friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone, no matter how you identify there is a spot in my class for you. Each lesson is a little different (we very much go with the flo(w)!), but you'll always come away having learnt about yourself and your yoga practice and released some endorphins and some worries.
